1. About this program

These Messaging Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the SMS text message program operated by The Profit Brokers LLC ("The Profit Brokers," "we," "us," or "our"), a Colorado limited liability company. By providing your mobile number and checking a consent box on our opt-in page, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in.

Lexi AI, a product of Peako Enterprises, LLC, is our software provider and sends messages on our behalf. Messages originate from The Profit Brokers LLC and identify us by name.

2. How you opt in

You join the program by entering your mobile number and checking a consent box at theprofitbrokers.com/optin. Consent boxes are never pre-checked. You must take an affirmative action to opt in.

We offer two separate consents, and you may take either, both, or neither:

• Informational messages. Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, replies to questions you asked us, follow-ups, and account updates.
• Marketing messages. Occasional promotional offers and business updates. This is a separate, optional consent.

Opting in to marketing messages is not required to receive informational messages, and neither consent is required to do business with us.

3. Consent is not a condition of purchase

You are not required to agree to receive text messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from The Profit Brokers LLC. You may decline either or both consents and still work with us.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Most recipients receive fewer than 4 messages per month.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges for text messages are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

6. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. We will send one final confirmation message and then stop sending you messages. If you opted in to both informational and marketing messages, replying STOP ends both unless you tell us otherwise.

You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling 303-775-7113. Requests made by email or phone may take up to ten business days to process; replying STOP is immediate.

If you opt out and later want to rejoin, you must opt in again at theprofitbrokers.com/optin.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Do not provide a number that is not yours. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, notify us promptly so we can stop messaging the new holder of that number.

9. Supported carriers and delivery

The program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network availability, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.

10. Your privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Messaging Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we use it.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes to the program will be communicated to active subscribers. Your continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
